DESCRIPTION: This project is a Mixed-Use residential and commercial Block A & B. It consists of two identical buildings each Ground and eight storey high, there are residential unites proposed in Block A and thirty-nine units in Block B. ECOBUILD was appointed to supervise construction; witness the commissioning consultancy, environmental management and simulate the energy and modeling aspect of the project. The project team took into account the One Pearl Estidama requirements and applied many strategies, such as using better environmental materials, implement efficiency systems, manage and recycle 40% of total produced construction waste.
